Common questions

How does the free trial work?

Create your organization and use everything free for 14 days — no card required. Pick a plan when you're ready; all your data carries over.

Is annual billing available?

Yes — annual billing is available when subscribing on NoorVerse.io. Monthly plan prices are identical everywhere NoorVerse is offered; discounted annual prepaid plans are available through NoorVerse web billing only.

Do parents, students, or members pay anything?

No. The organization subscribes; families and community members always join free, with unlimited accounts.

Is NoorVerse safe for children?

Yes — membership is closed to your organization, students can only message their own teacher, every message and photo can be reported or blocked, administrators have disclosed oversight, and there are no ads and no tracking. Analytics are disabled entirely for student accounts.

Does taking attendance notify parents?

No. Taking attendance updates the record only. A family hears about it when a teacher deliberately sends an attendance note — which then delivers a push to the guardian.

How do we subscribe, and can we cancel?

Your organization's administrator subscribes on the NoorVerse website and can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — see the Terms.

Can we use it on phones and the web?

Yes — NoorVerse Connect runs in any modern browser and is fully responsive, so it works on phones, tablets, and desktop.

Can deleted data be recovered?

No. When an account or organization is permanently deleted, the associated application and organization data is permanently removed and cannot be restored. NoorVerse does not provide an archived recovery copy after deletion. A narrow set of billing and security metadata may be retained where the law requires it — that retained metadata never allows deleted content to be recovered. Data is only permanently deleted when deletion is requested; it is never deleted merely because a trial or subscription ended.
