Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your NoorVerse account at any time.

Delete your account in the app

• Open NoorVerse and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Account.
• Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Organization administrators can also delete their entire organization (Delete organization & my account) — this removes every member account, all organization data, and cancels any active subscription.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" from the email address on your NoorVerse account. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in credentials (you can no longer log in).
• Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
• Your device push-notification registrations.

Deletion is permanent. When an account or organization is permanently deleted, the associated application and organization data is permanently removed and cannot be restored or recovered. NoorVerse does not provide an archived recovery copy after deletion.

What may be retained

• Educational records the organization must keep by law (attendance, grades) — retained by the organization in anonymized form, no longer linked to your identity.
• Safeguarding and incident records the organization is legally required to keep.
• A minimal, non-identifying audit entry recording that a deletion occurred.
• Payment records retained by our payment processors as required by financial regulations.

This narrow set of legally-required billing and security metadata is kept only to meet those obligations — retaining it never means your deleted application data or content can be recovered.

Community members — 30-day restore window

When a community member deletes their account, access ends immediately and the account is scheduled for permanent deletion. For 30 days — before permanent deletion takes place — an organization admin can restore the membership if the deletion was a mistake. After that, personal details are permanently removed, the login is deleted, and the account can no longer be restored.
